Join us for our monthly Coffee Social for Members 65 and older. Enjoy complimentary coffee, breakfast treats, and a Docent-led presentation on a featured object from the collection.   This event takes place in Singer Hall in Wolfswinkel Education Center. Please check in at the Visitor's Desk inside the Museum. Volunteers will be available to guide you to the event.   RSVP required. Free for Museum Members ages 65 and older. Teen Zine A five-week class Wednesdays in July, 6:30 - 8:30 PM Open to teens ages 13 – 18 All skill levels welcome   Zines are a celebration of freedom of expression. These DIY, self-published booklets can be about anything. What stories do you want to share? What are the issues that you care about?   Develop writing and image content for a zine of your own, using this as a space to explore a topic in depth, both on the page and through conversations with peers and featured guest zine creators. Find inspiration from artists in the museum who have tackled similar themes, and publish an edition, which will be featured at the next Teen Night. The Whole Story: Part X

This live storytelling show celebrates the nuances of our humanity through personal stories told from the Black perspective. Featured storytellers take the stage at 7:30 pm.   About The Whole Story The Whole Story is a personal storytelling event that began in January 2017. This live show seeks to bring greater depth and breadth to our understanding of the human experience from the Black perspective.
