Death is real, it comes without warning and it cannot be escaped. An ancient source of strength and guidance, The Tibetan Book of the Dead remains an essential teaching originating in the spiritual cultures of the Himalayas. This enlightening film explores the sacred test and boldly visualizes the afterlife according to its profound wisdom.
Dr. Janet Baker, Curator of Asian Art, will provide an introduction before the screening and a tour of the exhibition Infinite Light: A Photographic Meditation on Tibet after the film.
