Calling all educators! How do you talk about difficult or sensitive social issues with students? Explore how art can serve as a powerful starting place for classroom teaching about race, gender, identity, and other “taboo” issues.

10:40 | Let's Talk: Working as small groups in the galleries, we'll practice using art as a launching point for discussions
12:00 | Lunch (provided by the Museum 
1:00 | Classroom Connect: Return to the galleries to brainstorm ways to incorporate art and current events into your curriculum
2:10 | Reflection activity
3:00 | Event ends
Tickets are $5 for educator Members and $15 for educator non-Members. PLEASE NOTE: RSVP will close on 2/14!
