Mindfulness Discussion and Meditation Workshop

It is difficult for many of us to meditate for 10-20 minutes when the rest of our 24 hours are chaotic. From this perspective, meditation or mindfulness becomes mindful living -- slowing down and observing our mind. Making adjustments when things become gloomy, aggressive, cynical, self-deprecating and negative.

Join Ven. Barry Kerzin, MD, Buddhist monk, founder of Altruism in Medicine and personal physician to the Dalai Lama, as he discusses mindfulness as a tool for becoming a happier human being.
