Jade - The Magical Stone
Since Neolithic times, the Chinese have revered jade. Admired for its beauty, this stone is also believed to possess supernatural and spiritual powers. Docent Pari Banko will discuss the changing function of jade throughout Chinese history by examining exquisite examples in the Museum’s collection.
